The following services and checks are included in the Health check:

• Full virus check and removal
• Full Spyware scan & removal
• All available Microsoft Windows Patches and updates
• Internal Clean
• Defrag Hard Drive, Master File Table, Boot Up
• Remove clutter and temporary files that are no longer needed which will speed up and free space on your hard drive
• Clear ALL Cookies
• Check your hard disk is functioning properly and efficiently, ensuring it is free of defects and errors
• Check Firewall settings
• Remove Unwanted / Problem Software
• Supply & Install FREE Auto-Updating Anti-Virus where needed!
• Supply & Install FREE Anti-Spyware Software
• Collection, Return & Setup of your PC/Laptop (within 10 mile radius of Carlisle) 
• Recommendations based upon requirements and your PC's capabilities

What is excluded?
The following services and checks are excluded in the Health check:

• Remember that a PC Health check is NOT a repair service
• If the computer fails to boot or exhibits other fatal errors then a Health Check cannot be completed and you should talk to the technician about the troubleshooting service we offer
• Apple computers and PCs without a Windows Operating system
